September 2011 Just wanted to give you an update. Everyone is doing well. [My husband's] emotional, spiritual and physical state are better then ever. I've never seen him this GOOD. God is always faithful and he is coming through for our family every minute. Thanks for everything!!!

Our teenager was struggling with depression, school, relationships, dealing with authority, etc. We had tried secular counseling for a couple of years but the same problems seem to come up. Prayers were answered when we found Anthony Stowe at Applied Wisdom, who used temperment counseling with our teen. Within a short period of time, we noticed positive changes in attitude, relationships, maturity. Our son is happy and at peace with himself and others.

My association with Mr. Anthony Stowe, MA, LCCC, CTC, CAT [Applied Wisdom] began almost one year ago.  At that time, I was feeling overwhelmed, being concerned with grown children at home, grandchildren for whom I felt a great deal of personal responsibility, and a husband suffering from PTSD (Post-Tramatic-Stress-Disorder).  I had also lost a job and surffered an injuriois fall in the recent past.  A dear friend of mine referred me to Mr. Stowe since I desperately needed Godly counsel with a knowledgeable professional.  His counsel, like his presence and temperament, was wise and gentle but he demanded my personal comittment to actively participate in my own therapy.  His counsel was direct but encouraging, helping me to refocus my energies and to see a better path toward resolution of certain issues.  Since I'd benefited from his gentle yet firm and direct counseling manner and was in real need of appropriate ministry for my two grandchildren, ages 10 and eight, I recently approached him and he is now with them.  He engages them in a loving, yet firrn, manner and they respond by sharing their concerns in a safe atmosphere.  I  must add that they both love and respect and trust him.  They eagerly anticipate seeing him and argue about who goes first.
